Our vendor Duo is performing maintenance to the application on Saturday, Sept. 17, from 3:30 a.m. – 4 a.m. Duo is used as WCM’s multi-factor authentication tool to verify your identity when logging into institutional apps from outside of our WCMC network.

How Will This Affect You?
This will not affect you if you are connected to the WCMC network on campus, or through AnyConnect VPN if working remotely. This maintenance is scheduled during early morning hours to minimize disruptions. However, if you attempt to log into an application using Duo during this time, you may experience a few intermittent failures. Please wait a few minutes before trying again.
