On Saturday, June 24, at 9 p.m.  – 10:30 p.m., Epic users may notice a delay in data flowing from Epic and other services, such as Welch Allyn and Phillips devices, and M*Modal.

The NYP Infrastructure team is making planned updates to the NYP Integration middleware that is used to communicate between Epic and many of the third party systems that interface with Epic. Users will experience a delay in data being received  from Epic. Below is a summary of the some of the services being impacted:

  • Admissions, Discharges, Transfers, and related patient movement data outbound from Epic received by the systems below:
    • Device Integration - Philips IBE - (All Campuses)
    • Device Integration - Welch Allyn (All Campuses)
    • M*Modal (non-Radiology)
    • M*Modal FFI - (All Campuses)
    • Omnicell ADS (Medications)
    • Philips OBTraceVue – (All Campuses)
    • Spectrum (Perfusion West)
