Scheduled Maintenance
Description
- WBG downtime: ITS will be performing a Disaster Recovery test on Friday, Feb. 3rd at 5pm EST - Saturday, Feb. 4th at 10pm EST [Qatar: Saturday, Feb 4 at 1am – Sunday, Feb 5 at 6am].
During the testing window all applications in the Weill Business Gateway (WBG) will be inaccessible. This proactive testing will be done to ensure system recovery in the event of a major incident.
- Ariba downtime: The Ariba purchasing application will be inaccessible from Friday, Feb. 3rd at 5pm EST - Sunday, Feb. 5th at 12pm EST [Qatar: Saturday, Feb 4 at 1am – Sunday, Feb 5 at 8pm] due to the scheduled maintenance from Ariba network team.
This update to Ariba includes two minor changes to the application. These changes are cosmetic and do not impact functionality.

Please plan accordingly and complete your tasks in WBG before the downtime. We will notify all users when access is restored.
