Issue with Apple orders in Ariba

Description

ITS is currently working to resolve an issue with Apple orders in Ariba. We will send another notice when this issue is resolved.

What is the issue?

If you place an Apple order, you may receive a rejection or failure message, and the PO will be rejected, but the order status will still display as “Ordering.”  

What do you need to do?

You can still place an Apple order in Ariba, but there will be a slight delay in Apple processing the order.

How Will This Affect You?
