Issue with Shopping Cart in WBG

ITS is currently investigating an issue with our Shopping Cart in the Weill Business Gateway (WBG). Users have reported their shopping carts returning empty when they leave the Jaggaer catalog.

How Will This Affect You?

ITS is working with our vendor to resolve the issue. In the meantime, we advise the following to be able to finalize the purchase of catalog items: Windows users: Log in directly to WBG while using Microsoft Edge or Chrome as your browser to avoid issues. Mac users: Log into WBG via myapps.weill.cornell.edu.
