Description
Some members of the WCM community were experiencing issues when trying to use Citrix Workspace Applications (MyApps (Epic),OnBase - (EpicTogether)). The workaround is follow https://wcmcprd.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0011955, and restart the computer afterwards.
