Description

ITS recently received reports of an issue with our Proofpoint service, which is used to quarantine spam messages. The incident has since been resolved, but you may have experienced the following issues. If you continue to experience problems accessing your spam messages, please contact the Service Desk for assistance. 

 

How did this affect you?

Access to your spam messages at our Proofpoint site, antispam.weill.cornell.edu, was previously unavailable. Your quarantine folder may have appeared empty when it was not. 

Additionally, messages sent using our #encrypt feature to external recipients were not accessible.
