RESOLVED Service Alert - Multiple email issues (see instructions post resolution)

Description

ITS is aware of email issues affecting WCM Faculty, Staff, and Students ability to receive and view content of emails from outside the institution. Some are seeing emails coming in as all text and some are not seeing the content of the body come in at all. We are working with our vendors to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Post Resolution instructions: For emails that did not come through correctly, you may want to ask the sender to resend the emails to you.

You may want to confirm that html formatted emails you sent to recipients outside the institution over the last 24 hours have no issues.
