Description
ITS is aware of an issue sending faxes via the email gateway [number@fax.out]. The Vendor has identified the cause and is working to resolve the issue.
In the interim, faxes can still be sent via the rightfax client. See Knowledgebase item on the rightfax client at: https://wcmcprd.service-now.com/myhelpdesk?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0015752
