ITS has been working with our Weill Business Gateway (WBG) vendor about an issue over the past two weeks regarding shopping carts returning empty when leaving the Shopping Cart catalog.

How Will This Affect You?
While the issue has not been completely resolved, some progress has been made on how you can access the site and shop:
Windows users: Please use Microsoft Edge or Chrome to access WBG. Please note that you should update Chrome to the latest version in order to avoid the shopping cart issue.
Mac users: Issues with Chrome for users on macOS Big Sur have been resolved. You can now use this browser to access WBG directly.
