Description
The 2022 Weill Business Gateway Annual Upgrade will take place Dec. 9 – Dec. 12, 2022. WBG will be unavailable at the following times:
- New York: Friday, Dec. 9 at 5:00 p.m. - Monday, Dec. 12 at 8 a.m. EST
- Qatar: Saturday, Dec. 10 at 1:00 a.m. - Monday, Dec. 12 at 7 a.m. AST
How will this affect you?
You will be unable to complete transactions in the following applications/modules during the upgrade window:
- Weill Business Gateway (WBG) including Employee Central and all its modules
- BI Reports
- Ariba
Clock-In Users (Non-exempt staff)
Non-exempt staff can continue to use Clock-In to punch in and out during the downtime, and data will sync when the system is back up on Monday. You must install Clock-In and log in at least once before WBG downtime.
Your data will only sync once you open the desktop app after the upgrade.
- Non-exempt staff: Open the Clock-In desktop app Monday morning using the same computer on which you used Clock-In during the downtime to complete the data sync. This should happen with your morning punch.
- Supervisors: Wait for the sync to take place Monday morning before you review timecards to ensure data is accurate.
