On Monday, Sept. 29 at 9 p.m., ITS will be updating the Duo login process for online Microsoft apps to comply with a new set of Microsoft security standards. While the login process will remain generally the same, you’ll notice a new notification after you sign into Microsoft apps with your CWID and password:
How will this affect you?
After Sept. 29, you will only receive this notification if you are outside of the WCMC network and are logging into your Microsoft account remotely. Simply click on the Approve with Duo link to be redirected to your three-digit Duo code.
If you are connected to the WCM network by VPN or local office Wi-Fi, you should see no changes in the login process.
