Extended Support During Epic Go-Live

In support of the EpicTogether East Campus go-live, ITS expanded support Saturday, October 3rd through Thursday, October 8th.

Library SMARTDesk hours have been extended. If you need hands-on assistance with your WCM device, the SMARTDesk will be available 6AM to 10PM, Monday through Thursday. The SMARTDesk will return to a regular 9-5 schedule on Friday, October 9th. Reservations are strongly recommended to avoid a wait.

WCM mobile device support will also be available at the NYP TechStop located in the atrium of Greenberg 4 Monday through Thursday the week of go-live.

A new Research Virtual Hub will operate M-F from 9AM to 5PM with representatives from the Joint Clinical Trials Office, Research Administrative Computing, and EpicTogether Research teams. This hub offers specific help with OnCore and EpicTogether for Research. Reservations for the Research Virtual Hub are not required.

Our general Virtual Hub will operate 24/7 throughout the go-live week until 10PM on Thursday, October 8th. Reservations are required.

Finally, support by phone (212-746-4878) will be available daily from 6AM to 10PM through Thursday, October 8th. Hours will return to our normal 7AM - 8PM schedule on Friday, October 9th.

Please note: while ITS support can assist with nearly any technical issue you're facing, Epic application support is best handled by EpicTogether. Go-live documentation and tip sheets can be found on the EpicTogether site. For Epic application issues, please find the "superuser" in your clinical location, or open a ticket with EpicTogether Support.
