Access to WCM email from outside the continental U.S. is changing due to enhanced security measures to protect your email. If you are outside of the United States and need to check your email, please use one of the following methods going forward:
- Visit o365.weill.cornell.edu using Chrome, Safari, or Firefox
- Use the Outlook 2016 (or newer) desktop client for Windows or Mac
- Use the Outlook app for iOS and Android
- Use the macOS Mail app version 10.13 or newer
You will no longer be able to access your WCM email using any other method while outside of the continental US, starting Monday, Sept. 27 at 8 p.m. We apologize for the urgency of this change. A recent rise in attacks on our email system require that we add new security measures quickly. Please note that additional security changes are expected in the coming weeks.
We ask that you keep your iOS, macOS, and/or Android OS up to date with security patches. If you experience any issues accessing your email account, please contact the Service Desk for assistance. Visit WCM Central for additional travel guidelines for faculty, staff, and students.
