ITS is pleased to release PrinterLogic, a new cloud printing solution that allows WCM users to print from any tagged printer on campus. Available for managed Windows and Mac devices, PrinterLogic securely connects faculty and staff to network printers in your location to print your documents.
How to download PrinterLogic
The PrinterLogic app is available for download on any WCM tagged computer:
- Visit the WCM App Store on your device and select the PrinterLogic app.
- Click “Get” for Windows devices and “Install” for macOS devices to begin installing the application.

How to use PrinterLogic
Once you’ve downloaded PrinterLogic, view the guide for more information on how to use the app. If you experience issues with PrinterLogic, please reach out to our Service Desk for assistance.
What happens to my existing mapped printers?
The app does not affect your existing printers that are already mapped to the WCMC network; it only makes them searchable to print from managed devices. New printers must be mapped to the network to be located within the PrinterLogic app.
