Zoom video conferencing is now available to all WCM staff, faculty and students. Zoom is replacing our current online collaboration tool, WebEx, which will be retired on June 15, 2017. Zoom lets you hold online meetings with up to 100 participants. Features include desktop sharing, personal rooms, live chat and more.
How do I get started using Zoom?
To join a Zoom meeting, you don't need an account. Simply click the link provided in your Zoom meeting invite, and follow the prompts from Zoom.

What if I need to host a meeting for more than 100 participants?
Please submit a request for a Larger Meeting license via myHelpdesk. A Larger Meeting allows for up to 300 participants.
What if I need to host a Webinar?
Zoom Webinars have the same functionality as WebEx Meeting Center and Event Center meetings. If you need to host a Webinar, submit a request for a Webinar100 or Webinar500 License via myHelpdesk. A Webinar100 license allows for 100 attendees, and a Webinar500 license allows for 500 attendees.
