In November 2021, we informed you of a phishing incident that affected a small number of email accounts. Weill Cornell is committed to establishing additional measures to help ensure something like this does not happen again. All WCM workforce members are now required to complete a phishing awareness training course as part of their onboarding.
You have been assigned our new online course – ITS Phishing Awareness Training – in the Weill Business Gateway’s Learning Management System (LMS). All WCM workforce members will be required to complete this training by Friday, April 22. Failure to complete the course may restrict your access to various WCM systems.
How to access this course
1. Log into the Weill Business Gateway with your CWID and password at wbg.weill.cornell.edu. For the optimal experience, we highly recommend using the Google Chrome browser.
2. Select the Learning tile.
3. Find the course under My Learning Assignments and click Start Course. Be sure to watch the brief introductory video for instructions on how to best navigate through this course. Please do not skip any portion of the video to avoid issues with completing the course.
If you cannot find the course under your learning assignments, please search for the course name using the Keyword field.
4. When you finish the training, please ensure you select Confirm Completion in your course content menu so your participation is recorded.
