Starting the night of Thursday, March 9th , if you use the Chat function in WCM myHelpdesk you will have the opportunity to use the new Virtual Agent.
What is the Virtual Agent in myHelpdesk?
The Virtual Agent has been programmed with the correct responses to a number of common support questions and issues, and can walk you through solutions. It can also open an Incident for you, check your Incident status, help you order equipment, and perform various other functions. At any time, you can opt out and request a Live Agent.
