New features
WCM Virtual Backgrounds
WCM’s Department of External Affairs released official WCM Virtual Backgrounds a few months ago, but the original process required you to download the backgrounds. Now, you can use the official WCM Virtual Backgrounds right from your Zoom client, just make sure you’re logged into your WCM Zoom account. Live Transcription
Live Transcription is now available on WCM’s Zoom service. Live Transcription provides automated closed-captioning for your meeting participants. For instructions read: How To Enable/Use the Zoom Live Transcription Services in Each Meeting as the Host.
