WCM ITS Learning Library (Helpfiles) has moved to the cloud

ITS has migrated the WCM ITS Learning Library, also known as Helpfiles, to the cloud. 

What changes will I see in the new WCM ITS Learning Library (Helpfiles)?

• New URL: The web address will change from helpfiles.med.cornell.edu to helpfiles.weill.cornell.edu
• New interface: After the migration, the site will have an updated look and feel. 
• New access point to context-sensitive help: Users will have access to WCM job aids to help you with your tasks from within specific WBG applications.

How do I access customized context-sensitive help for WBG applications? 

Add the uPerform in-application browser extension to access customized help.

How do I know if an application has context-sensitive help available?

If an application has customized help available, you will see a floating “?” on the center right side of your screen.
