Description
ITS is currently working to resolve an issue with our AnyConnect VPN service. While most users have been able to connect to VPN, some have reported being unable to log into VPN in order to access the WCMC network.
What do you need to do?
If you receive an error message in your VPN login window stating “Unable to contact vpn.weill.cornell.edu,” type vpn.weill.cornell.edu/wcmvpnuser into the field highlighted below, and then click Connect.

How Will This Affect You?
You should only need to do this once; any subsequent logins should just require your credentials and signing in with Duo.
