The issue was resolved. You should be able to receive notification emails from WCMC-ALL listserv.
Summary:
8/21: Some users did not received an email regarding Hurricane Henri sent from WCMC-ALL listserv. ITS identified some issues with the listserv and it was rebuilt late last night.
