9/24: Firewall maintenance affecting internet and WCM app access

During the maintenance window, connections between the WCM internal network, our data center, and the outside internet will be affected. Users on the campus network may be temporarily unable to access IT services or the outside internet. Users outside the campus network may be temporarily unable to access IT services within the WCM network. What do you need to do? Please plan accordingly for potential disruptions in internet and WCM applications access, and complete any critical work before or after the maintenance window.
