Vendor has confirmed that the phone issues have been resolved.

Prior update(s): Due to the power outage at 575 Lexington, ITS is aware of the disruption to incoming phone service. We are working with our vendors to resolve the issue.

How Will This Affect You?

At this time, we are unable to receive inbound calls. Calls within the WCM phone system are working without issue. Outbound calls are currently working at a limited capacity.
