ITS resolved an issue last night with our internet service. Most customers should not have issues, but if you have problems with getting on the internet, or you receive an unusual login prompt similar to the below, please contact the ITS Service Desk at 212-746-4878 or open a chat support session at myhelpdesk.med.cornell.edu
