ITS has identified a vulnerability in HP LaserJet M402 series printers. To address this issue, we will be pushing a software update to the affected printers tonight, Friday, May 10, at 9 p.m.

How Will This Affect You?
The update may last up to 10 minutes, followed by an automated printer reboot. You may not be able to print for this short period of time. If you have this printer, please refrain from printing during the software update. You can begin sending jobs to the printer once it has rebooted.
