ITS is pleased to announce the launch of Skillsoft, our new online learning portal! All WCM faculty, staff, and students can access Skillsoft for online courses and content on a variety of topics, like:

The volume of eForms requests has surpassed 15K since they launched in July. To improve performance and help you manage your eForms records, ITS has introduced a new eForm search filter to the eForms Monitor to make it easier for you to locate specific eForms by date.

During the past few days, we have implemented several safeguards to help combat the security incident affecting our Internet connection. While this is still an active incident, we believe the issue is contained as network activity has returned to normal. We are discussing additional measures with our outside security services provider that we can implement to decrease the likelihood of this reoccurring.

The Samuel J. Wood Library is pleased to announce the launch of its new Notary Public service, available for free to all WCM/NYPH-Cornell employees and students on an appointment only basis during the hours listed below:
 

• Monday- Friday
• 8 a.m. – 12 noon & 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
• 1300 York Avenue, first door to the right from the main entrance

Over the past several days, WCM has been dealing with an ongoing security incident affecting our Internet connection. We immediately activated our incident response teams to contain the issue, and our core systems continue to function. The issue is still ongoing. Therefore, systems which are sensitive to Internet connectivity such as email, Virtual Private Network (VPN), the Weill Business Gateway (WBG), and the Weill Research Gateway (WRG), will still experience intermittent slowness and interruptions as we attempt to recover normal services.
