How do I request access to a department file share
To request access to a file share, authorized users can simply log onto myHelpdesk.med.cornell.edu, and click “Submit a Request.” Your request goes straight to the appropriate ITS group for fulfillment.
*Please note: Only owners and administrators of a file share are authorized to submit a Request through myHelpdesk. If you need access to a file share, get in touch with your Department Administrator to verify who can submit a Request on your behalf.

Changes in the Weill Research Gateway (WRG) are now complete! You are free to log into the system and view our updates. Perhaps the most noticeable change is the sleeker, more intuitive interface that makes it easier to locate modules.
Additionally, you’ll see a few improvements to our Conflicts of Interest module. You can now complete your Travel Disclosure right in the Conflicts Survey, view previously submitted surveys and SSR records, and view other features that enhance the submission process.

ITS is in the process of evaluating its remote access options used to access internal applications and services from off campus. Remote access includes WebVPN, VPN, myApps, and other tools that allow you to log into the WCM network and use services, like Epic, from your home or while traveling.

Students using Canvas, also known as courses.med.cornell.edu, will soon see some changes to the dashboard and overall system interface on Wednesday, June 29 after 9 p.m.
The new Canvas interface will enhance your learning experience with your Course Navigation menu collapsing on smaller screens, allowing for a more content-focused and responsive layout. Additionally, the site will be optimized for viewing on mobile devices. Functionality on the site will remain the same.

Weill Cornell Medicine is committed to “going green” and providing a paperless alternative to some of our existing Finance forms. In support of this goal, the Finance Management team and the Administrative Computing Group (ACG) are proud to announce that two of the most used paper financial forms are being converted into electronic forms, or eForms. On July 11, electronic versions of the Travel & Business Expense Reimbursement and Payment Requisitions PDF forms will be available to all WCM users via the Weill Business Gateway (WBG).
