Cost and Fees

ITS will bill your department the provider cost for your resource, plus 45% for the account. 

Features and services available for additional cost: 

ITS engineering resources that are used for non-ITS related changes, upgrades, and emergencies will incur additional fees. These include, but are not limited to:     

  • Vendor-supported software changes, upgrades, or troubleshooting 

  • Vendor-supported appliance installation and troubleshooting 

  • Vendor-supplied network component troubleshooting 

  • Emergencies caused by failure of the vendor-supplied system 

  • VM backup is disk-based with 30-day retention with off-site replication 

  • Physical server backup is disk based with 30-day retention and tape off-site for 12-month retention 

  • Server clones and snaps copies on request 

  • Off-hour response to application outages or issues. 

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if my server disk is running out of space?

The Operations team will email the system owner regarding the alert, advising them to clean up or increase the disk. If the owner does not respond after three emails, the Operations team will automatically increase disk space.
