On Thursday, Mar. 18, from 8 p.m. – 10 p.m., ITS will be performing routine maintenance on our PhishAlarm spam analysis service.

How Will This Affect You?
During this time, you can still submit emails to ITS using PhishAlarm. However, there will be a delay in the analysis of those emails, as well as email notifications from ITS indicating whether or not the submitted email is malicious of benign. Responses that typically take 15 minutes will be delayed by as much as two hours. While waiting for confirmation from our Security team, please do not click on any links within the suspicious email or open any attachments. If you do not wish to keep the email after your report it, you may go ahead and delete it.
