Description
Microsoft reports that they are having issues preventing some users from accessing Teams or may experience degraded performance with multiple features. ITS is monitoring Microsoft's progress to resolution.
UPDATE: Microsoft identified the root cause as a recent configuration change. They reverted the change and are seeing signs of recovery. Users still experiencing impact are encouraged to restart their client to expedite recovery.
UPDATE 2: Microsoft has indicated that the issues are resolved and recommends users restart the Teams app.
