As mentioned in a previous message, our RightFax service was moved to an improved cloud server. Incoming faxes to printers, emails, distribution lists will still be sent to the same locations, and Xerox workflows not changing at this time. However, you will need to access a new site to log into RightFax; the Righfax desktop client will no longer be used on the new server.
How to log into the new RightFax
To access RightFax:
- Visit https://rightfaxhosted.nyp.org/rightfax/user. Please note this site is only available on the WCM network, so please use AnyConnect VPN if you are off campus.
- Click the WCM option, and log in with your CWID and password.
You can view the full instructions on myHelpdesk for additional assistance on how to use the RightFax site. RightFax account users can also send faxes directly from Outlook.
