Earlier this week, ITS announced that we would be introducing a new policy that would automatically delete emails in your WCM Deleted Items folder that were over 90 days old. After reviewing feedback from the WCM community, we have decided to update the policy and only remove messages in your Deleted Items folder that are older than one year.
This automated process will begin this evening, although it will take some time before every WCM inbox is processed. As a reminder, please note that this will only affect your Deleted Items folder; your Inbox and any other folders you’ve created will not be touched.
