The Office of Staff Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement recently announced a new Pronoun Tool in the WCM Directory! The Pronoun Tool allows you to display your pronouns to your colleagues in your directory profile. While it’s optional to display your pronouns, doing so fosters a culture of inclusivity where everyone feels seen and respected. 

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security, streamline device management, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, on Monday April 15th at 7pm, ITS will be enrolling all ITS-tagged Windows devices in Microsoft Intune, our cloud-based device management solution.

As part of WCM’s 6th Annual Diversity Week, ITS and the Office of Staff Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement will be hosting a special Tech Tuesday centered around inclusion. We’ll be introducing you to our new Pronoun Tool in the WCM Directory, and other applications like Zoom, Microsoft Office, etc., with features that support DEI initiatives, like accessibility.  

Interested Cornell technology community members, as well as faculty, staff, researchers, and students, are invited to explore AI and other new technologies in an interactive and hybrid event on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.

Microsoft recently released a new version of Teams that’s faster, more streamlined, and takes up less memory on your device. However, there are some noticeable changes in the default layout and post order that may have you yearning for the classic version of Teams. Don't worry! You can customize your settings to set up your Teams app exactly how you prefer.
