ITS has implemented updates to support international phone numbers across the following apps: 

• WCM Directory (directory.weill.cornell.edu) 
• MARIA (iam.weill.cornell.edu/maria) 
• myAccount (identity.weill.cornell.edu) 
• Microsoft Office O365 (pulls data from your directory profile)

Previously, these applications only supported US phone numbers, but this enhancement will provide a more seamless experience for our global user base.

Qualtrics for Beginners

New to survey creation? Try Qualtrics! Learn the basics of how to create and distribute surveys, as well as analyze your respondent data. This session is ideal for new users and those who may have some experience using Qualtrics, but would like a refresher on how to use the app.

Microsoft is ending support for the Windows 10 operating system (OS) on October 14, 2025, at which point they will no longer provide security fixes, technical assistance, or software updates. ITS must ensure that all Windows computers run on a supported version of Windows 11 OS (version 23H2) so that they stay current with Microsoft support and security, and don’t pose a security risk to the WCM network.

Effective immediately, Dell is no longer the ITS preferred vendor for computer equipment purchases. While you can still purchase Dell accessories, our new preferred vendor for desktop and laptop purchases is Lenovo. 

Please note that you can still order laptops through our Evergreen program. Additionally, a list of all of our standard devices is available on the ITS website for your reference.
