575 SMARTDesk Closure

Effective immediately, our SMARTDesk at 575 Lexington Avenue has temporarily closed. WCM faculty, staff, and students seeking IT support can visit the SMARTDesk at 1300 York in the Wood Library, or use one of our other support methods, including myHelpdesk and our Service Desk phone line at 212-746-4878. ITS will send out another message when the SMARTDesk at 575 reopens.  

Cynthia Morel, Manager of Performance and Compliance for the Educational Technologies Group, has always had a personal commitment to the fields of healthcare and education. This dedication drew her to her role with Weill Cornell Medicine nearly five years ago, and informs her daily work improving operations and implementing projects that support teaching and learning at the College. Cynthia recently became a triple-Cornell alumni when she earned her MBA/MS in Healthcare Leadership from WCM, graduating in the inaugural class of this rigorous program.

FI Month End Closing Schedule March 2020

All Grant JV's requiring upload or release by Accounting must be received by/submitted to General Accounting no later than 12 pm on  4/3/2020. Entries submitted after the deadline will be posted to the following month.

All other JV's requiring upload or release by General Accounting must be received by/submitted to General Accounting no later than 12 pm on 4/6/2020.

Accounting Close for March is 4/7/2020.

ITS will be postponing the rest of our in-person Tech Tuesday sessions throughout the month of March to ensure the health and safety of our attendees. We are investigating ways we can continue train and help you during these challenging times. Many people at WCM may not realize they already know Celeste Bergman, the smiling face that greets you whenever you visit the SMARTDesk. Known for her IT knowledge and resourcefulness, Celeste has seen many a person at the SMARTDesk, panicked over their devices not working, only for them to walk away relieved that she was able to help.
