ITS has just released its FY2018-2019 Annual Report.

In the full report, you will find ITS’ progress from the past fiscal year, our goals for the next year, upcoming projects, and key statistics on our operations. Additionally, we have included an appendix with POIS’ annual report since our departments work so closely together.  

On Tuesday, December 17th from 9pm-10pm ITS will be integrating Duo authentication in myAccount(https://identity.weill.cornell.edu ), the site where you manage your identity at Weill Cornell Medicine. After this change, if you use the Change Password or Forget Password function in myAccount you will receive a Duo prompt as part of the process of resetting it. 

Great news! The annual technical upgrade of the Weill Business Gateway is now complete, and WBG is available for use. Thank you for your patience as we worked to enhance our systems and improve your business transaction experience.

Webi reports will be released for additional modules over the next several months. 

How to access Webi reports: 

ITS is in the process of upgrading nearly 5,000 WCM computers to Windows 10, version 1809.  Why? Because Microsoft is ending support for aging operating systems in early 2020. We have to make sure that all Windows computers are up-to-date, stay current with Microsoft support and security, and don’t pose a security risk to the WCM network.

Why can't I log into myITS? 

Effective Nov. 21, myITS is retired. All billing statement functionality was migrated to Weill Business Gateway in 2018. You can access your latest billing statements using BI Reports.
