Microsoft recently announced security updates for devices running Windows XP, 7, and 2003 after discovering a “wormable” security issue that could become a major malware threat. If not resolved, an unauthorized user could access a device running any of the aforementioned operating systems and install programs, change data, or create new accounts with full user rights.

Recently, a number of phishing emails with the subject lines “URGENT REQUEST” and “Are you on campus” have been sent to the WCM community with malicious intent. These emails are sent by Gmail users trying to impersonate WCM users.

Informatics for Integrating Biology and the Bedside (i2b2) allows faculty, staff, and students to determine how many patients meet a given set of clinical criteria using de-identified electronic health record (EHR) data. Data sources include Epic, Allscripts/Eclipsys, Eagle, Athena, and the NYP Tumor Registry. All data are de-identified.

What is myProfile?

myProfile is a legacy ITS application that was used for managing various information - such as directory data, certifications, and broadcast mailing list subscriptions - for individual faculty, staff, or student at Weill Cornell Medicine.

What's happening to myProfile?

Effective April 23rd, 2019, myProfile is being retired. All of the application's component functions have been migrated to other applications. Over the coming days, the application will redirect to this news article.

Blaze through research data collection using SUPER REDCap on FHIR.  Using the Fast Health Interoperability Resource (FHIR, pronounced “fire”), SUPER REDCap on FHIR allows you to access REDCap within Epic and automatically populate REDCap forms with data from Epic, eliminating copy-and-paste from Epic for research.
