Few people can say they’ve met almost everyone who’s walked through WCM’s doors, but Patricia Kuharic, our Sr. Medical Photographer, has been the woman behind the camera documenting staff, events, medical breakthroughs, and more for almost 30 years. We sat down with Pat and learned about the amazing things she’s captured in her career, and her fascinating journey to WCM.  

Starting the night of Thursday, March 9th , if you use the Chat function in WCM myHelpdesk you will have the opportunity to use the new Virtual Agent. 

What is the Virtual Agent in myHelpdesk?

The Virtual Agent has been programmed with the correct responses to a number of common support questions and issues, and can walk you through solutions. It can also open an Incident for you, check your Incident status, help you order equipment, and perform various other functions. At any time, you can opt out and request a Live Agent.

If you’ve ever needed help in our library or sought info from ITS on how to use our services, chances are you’ve run into Sherisse Brown. After working at WCM for over 30 years, Sherisse’s friendly assistance and contagious energy are well known. Learn how Sherisse has added her touch to many campus traditions and her journey to educate others as a Learning Specialist.   

What’s your current role at WCM?

I'm a Learning Specialist in ITS with the Training & Knowledge team. I transferred here almost four years ago.  

ITS is pleased to announce the launch of Microsoft Office 365 Online Archiving – a new mailbox management tool. The Online Archive (sometimes referred to as In-Place Archive or Archive Mailbox) lets you take advantage of an additional 99GB of mailbox storage in a new folder that is connected to your existing O365 email account.
